# Accessing your customer payment portal

Your customer payment portal is essential for renewing, canceling. and managing
your Remix Red subscription. You can access the payment portal from the Remix
Red portal. The payment portal and the Remix Red portal are two separate things.
The payment portal is accessible by clicking the "Manage your subscription"
button.
